  • Great question! Once an appointment is scheduled, we will arrive at your home within the appointment window, introduce ourselves to your pup, and discuss any health issues, behavioral quirks, or grooming goals. Then we’ll bring Fido to our van, complete the desired service on them, and walk them back to your front door. All services are completed mere feet from your home!

  • I take credit, debit, cash, or check. *note, payment with a credit or debit card has a card processing fee.

  • We currently operate in Moscow ID and Pullman WA and surrounding towns in the Palouse. Call for availability. For a full list of cities within our service area, visit our About Us page.

  • While we adore our fuzzy feline friends, we do not groom cats.

  • Unfortunately, no. When you shave your dog, the exposed skin releases more dander. Typically, someone who’s allergic to a dog, is allergic to all intrinsic parts of the dog including saliva, sweat, and dander. If you are allergic to dogs, then shaving would likely increase the risk of allergic reactions.

  • Due to the nature of mobile grooming, we can only estimate our arrival time. Occasionally we run behind and sometimes we run ahead. We recommend booking your appointment with a flexible schedule. If we’re more than an hour ahead, or an hour behind, we will make sure to contact you!
